Jennifer Aniston, Paul Rudd are attached to star.

Paul Rudd and Jennifer Aniston are coupling up for the Judd Apatow-produced comedy “WanderLust” for Universal Pictures.

Rudd is multitasking on the pic, taking on writing and producing duties as well.

Aniston is also in talks to star in New Line’s “Horrible Bosses,” in which she will co-star with Jason Bateman, Colin Farrell and Charlie Day.

“Bosses” is about three friends who team up to murder their overbearing bosses with disastrous results. New Line attached Seth Gordon to direct after he helmed “Four Christmases” for the shingle.

“Wanderlust” centers on a couple who, after losing all of their money, take refuge at a commune.

David Wain, who directed Rudd in the comedy “Role Models” for the studio, will direct “WanderLust.”

Wain and Ken Marino wrote the screenplay and will get a rewrite assist from Rudd. All three are onboard to produce.

U’s Erik Baiers will oversee the project for the studio, which is eyeing a September start date to lens on the East Coast.

Wain is repped by WME, Principato-Young and attorney Rick Genow. Marino is handled by APA, Principato-Young and attorney Rob Szymanski.
